Hi, I’m Jess Romeo, the founder of my gender IQ and lead instructor!
I’m a trans-identified psychiatric nurse practitioner, clinical social worker, and private practice owner. I run a private psychiatry practice in the DC Metro area, and specialize in the psychiatric care of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
I provide consultation and on-demand education on LGBTQIA+ competency for individuals and small businesses across the country. So glad to have you with us!
